About this role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Tensorleap, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities. This is a fast-paced, results-driven position ideal for someone with SaaS Go-To-Market experience who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Tensorleap’s value proposition and effectively communicate it to business leaders across various industries.
- Prospect and research target accounts and key decision-makers.
- Engage potential customers via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Understand prospect needs and determine their fit with Tensorleap’s solutions.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Ensure a consistent flow of opportunities to fuel sales growth.
Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of the sales organization and help uncover valuable opportunities for the team.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and pipeline goals
- Comfortable with cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) and building relationships with technical stakeholders
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Proficiency with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Highly motivated, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Curiosity and passion for AI/ML, data, and innovative technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Availability to work evening shifts
