We are looking for a proactive Head of Operations to run the day-to-day heartbeat of our company. In this central role, you will oversee our business infrastructure and manage key workflows to ensure the team has everything they need to succeed. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment, acting as the go-to person for keeping our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Process Building: Build, document, and implement company-wide operational processes across Finance, HR, and Legal. Establish clear ownership and KPIs for how things get done.
- Finance & Legal Management: Manage our external service providers. Ensure they deliver payroll and audits on time, while you own the internal budget, burn rate, and commercial contract reviews.
- Corporate Housekeeping: Standardize procedures for the company's "back office" including ESOP, Cap table, compliance, and Commercial Agreements.
- Data & Reporting: Synthesize data from external financial teams and internal sales metrics to produce board-ready updates and actionable insights for investors and founders.
- HR & People: Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding), recruitment flow, and company welfare.
- Vendor Management: Oversee procurement and external vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and service quality.‍
- Office Operations & Environment: Manage day-to-day office logistics and facilities to maintain a productive and positive work environment. This includes overseeing office administration, coordinating team events, and driving employee welfare initiatives.
Requirements
- 1 Year of experience in Operations, Office Management, or Administration within a startup or high-tech environment.
- Comfortable with numbers, Excel, and tracking budgets. You don't need to be a CFO, but you must have strong financial literacy.
- Experience coordinating with external service providers (suppliers, legal, finance) and ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
- Previous experience in Law or Finance is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, you are the type of person who notices small things and ensures nothing falls between the cracks.
- Fluent English and Hebrew (Written and Spoken).
